Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Prepare and review invoices to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contract terms* Execute timely billing cycles, meeting all deadlines and maintaining organized workflows* Manage credits, rebills, and pricing adjustments while resolving billing discrepancies* Track and apply pricing updates in coordination with Sales and Finance teams* Partner cross-functionally to support billing processes, audits, and continuous improvement**What Are We Looking For*** Experience in billing, accounts receivable, customer service, or related administrative functions* Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in financial data and documentation* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment* Proficiency with ERP/billing systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)* Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset**Work Environment**This role operates in a fast-paced office environment with regular interaction between Sales and Finance teams.
