The Opportunity The firm is seeking a Principal to join its New York office, focused on Strategy and Digital Transformation search. This is a true 360 role for an experienced search professional who can both originate new mandates and lead execution, working closely with Associates and research support to deliver searches at a high level. This role offers the opportunity to operate within a growing U.S. platform with strong global connectivity, working on senior level mandates across strategy, transformation, and digital leadership. Key Responsibilities Originate and develop new executive search mandates across Strategy, Digital, and Transformation leadership hiring Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders across consulting firms, corporates, and private equity portfolios Lead end to end execution of retained search assignments, from client briefing through placement Partner closely with Associates and research teams to drive candidate identification, engagement, and assessment Advise clients on talent strategy, market mapping, and competitive intelligence Contribute to the continued buildout of the firm’s Strategy and Digital practice in North America Profile 6–10+ years of experience in executive search, ideally within Strategy, Digital, Transformation, or consulting aligned practices Demonstrated ability to originate business and develop long term client relationships Strong execution track record delivering senior level mandates Experience working with consulting firms, private equity environments, or corporate strategy functions Commercially driven with a consultative and solutions oriented approach Comfortable operating in a player coach capacity, balancing business development and delivery Why Join Global platform with strong momentum in the U.S. market Exposure to high profile clients across corporate, consulting, and private equity environments Opportunity to operate in a hybrid origination and execution role with meaningful autonomy Collaborative, team driven environment with access to international mandates Clear pathway for progression as the platform continues to scale
