Senior Consultant – Digital Transformation & CIO Advisory
What you’ll do
Partner with clients’ executive leadership—especially CIOs—to define, implement, and optimize technology strategies that enable business transformation.
Lead platform and IT strategy engagements, architect solutions, and guide organizations through complex change initiatives.
Advise CIOs and executive stakeholders on digital transformation, IT strategy, and operating models.
Develop and implement platform strategies, technology roadmaps, and transformation programs.
Conduct strategic assessments, vendor selection, and implementation planning for large-scale technical initiatives.
Guide adoption of Agile, DevOps, and SDLC best practices to optimize delivery and operations.
Design scalable technology architectures aligned with business goals and industry trends.
Integrate AI/ML, cloud, and automation into transformation programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact consulting services.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Support business development and client relationship management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
3–10 years of experience in management consulting, technology implementation, or software development.
Proven expertise in digital transformation, CIO advisory, platform strategy, and IT operating models.
Experience with Agile, DevOps, SDLC, and technology transformation processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to lead project teams and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Experience in business development and mentoring junior consultants is a plus.
