SUMMARY Confidential hospice provider is seeking an
RN / Hospice Executive Director
to lead the
Cleveland, OH
program. In coordination with corporate leadership, you will oversee overall branch performance— operations, quality, compliance, staffing, budgets, growth, and culture —with direct accountability for results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (High-Level)
Full P&L / budget ownership: build, manage, and monitor branch budget and performance.
Lead day‑to‑day hospice operations, staffing, hiring, retention, and team development.
Drive quality outcomes, survey readiness, and compliance with all federal/state hospice regulations.
Partner with local referral sources and community stakeholders to support census growth.
Ensure strong execution across admissions, patient care operations, and KPI performance.
REQUIRED SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS
Must be a Registered Nurse (RN).
Must have hospice experience
(required).
Must be local to Cleveland
with
deep local market knowledge
and established contacts/relationships.
3–5+ years hospice operations management
(minimum).
Proven budget responsibility:
budget development + ongoing monitoring .
Broad knowledge of federal/state regulations and hospice administration.
Strong leadership, operational discipline, strategy, and people management.
Excellent organization, communication, time management, multitasking, and decision‑making.
