Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and service-oriented
Sales Associate
to join our team! Flooring knowledge is a plus, bilingual is a plus, QuickBooks knowledge is necessary, as a Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their shopping, design needs and ensure an excellent shopping experience. Responsibilities may include working with and lifting heavy materials, putting away mosaics and tile, processing inventory, and maintaining the store’s appearance, The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and knowledge of the flooring industry as well as QuickBooks.

Responsibilities
Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping
Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.
Collect payments by cash, credit card and checks.
Issue receipts to customers, with contracts signed.
Take added responsibility for teamwork, inventory, and store maintenance.
Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.
Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively.
Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service.
Willingness to work well in a team environment.
Ability to quickly and accurately work with Quick Books.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
Ability to pass a background check.
Has a valid driver's license and transportation.
Can pass a drug - alcohol test.
