In-Home Sales & Tech Support
This is a local, in-home field role requiring daily travel to customer residences – not Remote. Pay Rate: $23.00 hourly + mileage reimbursement + phone stipend + sales commission. Part‑time schedule: 5 evenings per week – Hours: 4:05 pm to 9:00 pm.
About the Role We’re looking for In‑Home Sales & Tech Support to work during our busiest hours. This entry‑level role is ideal for someone starting their career, who enjoys talking to people and wants hands‑on sales experience.
What You Will Do As In‑Home Sales & Tech Support, you’ll help customers through our Serve, Solve, Sell™ approach. You’ll start with paid training and then work independently in the field, building skills in communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving. Ongoing coaching and mentoring will support your growth.
Serve, Solve, Sell™
Serve: Meet customers in‑home, in‑office, or wherever scheduled by Asurion. Provide exceptional customer service, prioritizing the customer first.
Solve: Address and resolve customers’ tech issues, give understandable solutions regardless of their tech knowledge, and ensure customers leave with a resolution and a product that meets their future tech needs.
Sell: Leverage Asurion’s range of products to offer tailored solutions. Listen actively to identify needs and position products uniquely. Use strong negotiation and communication skills to close sales.
Requirements
Comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets.
Valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record with at least 1 year driving experience.
Proof of valid car insurance (excluding Manhattan).
Personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles). Maximum one‑way travel distance is 120 miles.
Work a varied 5‑day week schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Personal cellphone.
Comfortable around household pets.
Efficient, adaptable, goal‑oriented and persuasive communication skills.
Open‑minded with passion for learning a wide range of skills.
Outgoing individual who thrives in human interaction.
Work hours may vary; flexibility required.

Uncapped commissions paid bi‑weekly.
Mileage reimbursement per IRS guidelines paid weekly.
$35 phone stipend paid monthly.
3 weeks paid training.
