Call Center Rep requires:
Strong computer and phone skills. Ability to use web-based computer applications Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and internal personal skills Able to manage telephone and chat customer interactions and convey confidence while resolving the customers issues. Professional, friendly demeanor with a customer-oriented attitude. Good communication and listening skills. Able to accept constructive criticism. Able to understand and accurately communicate customers needs, while demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Must be able to pass a background and drug test. Must be 18 years or older Must have a High School Diploma or GED Must be able to type 30 wpm Call Center Rep duties:
Assist with customer questions, inquiries, and issues related to accounts payable inquiries. Take phone calls and answers chats/emails regarding accounts payables and bills.
