Role Overview: Spa Sales Associate As a
Spa Sales Associate , you serve as the host of the spa—welcoming clients, supporting membership sales, and helping create a five‑star guest experience. You will assist with scheduling, service recommendations, spa operations, and guest communication.
Key Responsibilities
Meet or exceed membership sales and service upgrade goals
Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of spa services, massage modalities, and facial treatments
Communicate promotions, service options, and membership benefitsAnswer phones, book appointments, and manage guest check‑in/check‑out
Support spa cleanliness and organization standards
Assist with administrative duties and additional tasks as needed
Requirements
Strong customer service or sales experience preferred
Friendly, professional communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Comfortable discussing membership options and service recommendations
Enthusiastic, reliable, and team‑oriented
