Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa – Weston (React) – Salon Sales Associate / Front Desk (Membership Sales)
Compensation: $14–$16 per hour base pay with weekly earning potential $710–$900+ including commissions.
Full‑time/Part‑time position. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Location: Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spas – Hollywood, Sunrise, Sawgrass and Weston. Flex schedules.

Schedule Requirements Peak‑hour coverage required. Must be available evenings, weekends and holidays when needed.
What You’ll Do
Membership Sales (Primary Focus) : present and sell spa memberships during checkout; explain membership benefits and value; assist guests in understanding regular massage and facial services; follow up with potential members.
Fill the Schedule (No White Space) : call, text and follow up with guests to book appointments; confirm upcoming appointments; reschedule cancellations quickly; encourage pre‑booking for future visits.
Front Desk Guest Experience : greet guests and create a welcoming spa environment; answer phone calls and assist with reservations; recommend spa services and enhancements; support massage therapists and estheticians during busy shifts; maintain an organized and professional front desk.
Performance bonuses based on membership conversion, appointments booked, pre‑booking percentage, average ticket and upgrades, guest experience.
Requirements
1+ year experience in sales or customer service.
Comfortable recommending services and asking for the sale.
Strong communication and people skills.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Comfortable using booking or POS systems.
Experience in spa, fitness studios, hospitality, retail or wellness environments is strongly preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
