Spa Sales Associate / Front Desk (Membership Sales) Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spas - Hollywood, Sunrise - Sawgrass and Weston
$14 – $16 per hour
Typical weekly earnings:
$710 – $900+ with commissions and bonuses

This is a sales-focused front desk role where you will help guests discover wellness services and enroll clients into our membership program.
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Weston is looking for a friendly, energetic Spa Sales Associate who enjoys working with people, selling memberships, and helping keep the spa fully booked.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a goal-driven environment and enjoys creating a great guest experience.
Compensation
$14 – $16 per hour base pay
Weekly earning potential:
$710 – $900+ including commissions

What You’ll Do Membership Sales (Primary Focus)
Present and sell spa memberships during checkout
Explain membership benefits and value confidently
Help guests understand the benefits of regular massage and facial services
Follow up with potential members
Fill the Schedule (No White Space)
Call, text, and follow up with guests to book appointments
Confirm upcoming appointments
Reschedule cancellations quickly
Encourage prebooking for future visits
Front Desk Guest Experience
Greet guests and create a welcoming spa environment
Answer phone calls and assist with reservations
Recommend spa services and enhancements
Support massage therapists and estheticians during busy shifts
Maintain an organized and professional front desk

Guest experience
Requirements
1+ year experience in sales or customer service
Comfortable recommending services and asking for the sale
Strong communication and people skills
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Comfortable using booking or POS systems
Experience in spa, fitness studios, hospitality, retail, or wellness environments is strongly preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
