Salish Strategies is a Farmers Insurance District Office that supports local Farmers Insurance agents with training, mentorship, and staffing solutions. Our mission is to help agents build successful businesses along the I-5 and I-405 corridors, from Everett to Seattle. We provide staffing support and coaching for over 30 agents in our district.
About the Role We’re hiring Property & Casualty licensed Insurance Sales Producers for Farmers Insurance agencies throughout the greater Seattle area — including West Seattle, Everett, Snohomish, Issaquah, and Fall City.
You’ll play a key role in growing new business for a local agency while enjoying the backing of a nationally recognized brand and the personalized support of the agency owner and district team.
What You’ll Do
Develop and grow new Property & Casualty business
Engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and community involvement
Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships
Collaborate with the agency team to hit growth and service targets
Participate in ongoing sales training and development
What We’re Looking For
Positive, motivated individual with a passion for helping people
Active Property & Casualty license in Washington (or willingness to obtain)
Prior experience in P&C insurance sales (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with drive to grow your career
