What You'll Do
Greet and assist customers throughout the sales process
Build rapport and understand each customer's vehicle needs
Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles
Guide customers through financing options and required paperwork
Follow up with prospects to maintain relationships and drive repeat business
Maintain product knowledge on models, features, and incentives
Achieve sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience
What We're Looking For
Positive attitude and a strong desire to help customers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
