Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
Present, demonstrate, and sell new and pre-owned vehicles.
Guide customers through the purchasing process, including financing and trade-ins.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle features, pricing, and promotions.
Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve dealership sales goals.
Ensure all sales paperwork is accurate and processed in a timely manner.
Requirements
Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Self-motivated with a passion for the automotive industry.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
