As our Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, you will communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. Responsibilities Develop leads, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
Qualifications Sales experience preferred Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred Property and Casualty license prior to hire -and- Life and Health license within 90 days
