Role Description
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Aaron Daavettila - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities
Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Health Insurance. Our office is located in South Lyon, MI. Our office is open 9am-5pm M-F, evenings and weekends by appointment. I have been a State Farm agent since 2001. I am a proud graduate of Michigan Tech University. We currently have 5 team members at our agency.
