Position Overview
We are currently looking for a Part‑Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The associate will work in our pawn store locations nationwide, providing customer service for both lending and retail transactions.
Compensation Hourly rate $13.00 to $15.00 plus commission. Associates can earn up to 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $1.00 per hour on top of the hourly rate.
Payrates will not be below any applicable local minimum wage requirements.

Position Summary Entry‑level, part‑time sales associate in pawn store locations nationwide. The associate partners with the store staff to ensure customer service on both the lending and retail sides of the business.
Responsibilities
Greets and interacts with all customers to develop rapport and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
Performs non‑management open/close procedures.
Maintains a clean, stocked sales floor and showcases merchandise displays.
Processes sales and loan transactions in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Handles cash and negotiable items per established policies and procedures.
Answers incoming calls to company standards.
Communicates the legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
Communicates effectively with coworkers and managers, displaying respect.
Partners with all employees to create a positive, memorable customer experience.
Completes assigned training successfully.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
Willingness and ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
Capacity to perform duties for extended periods, including standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
Ability to work with firearms and willingness to obtain firearms certification.
May be asked to assist customers off‑site or retrieve products from exterior storage areas.
Minimum age: 18 years.
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Strong desire to serve customers and work as part of a team.
Capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficiency with basic math calculations.
A preference for previous cash handling experience.
Ability to work at multiple locations as business needs dictate.
Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Computer literacy and ability to operate POS systems and common office equipment.
