Position Overview
We are seeking an entry‑level, part‑time Retail Sales Associate/Pawnbroker for our pawn store locations nationwide. The role involves greeting, engaging, and serving customers on the retail and lending sides of the business, handling sales, loans, and other transactions.
Compensation Hourly wage $12.00 to $15.00 per hour plus a commission structure of up to 8% on transactions, which may average an additional $1.00 per hour on top of the hourly rate.

Responsibilities
Greet and interact with customers to build rapport and recommend products and services.
Perform non‑management open/close procedures.
Maintain clean, stocked sales floor and displays of merchandise.
Process sales and loan transactions in accordance with policies and regulations.
Handle all cash and negotiable items following established procedures.
Answer incoming calls per company standards.
Communicate legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
Collaborate with coworkers and managers to create a positive customer experience.
Complete assigned training.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
Willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and perform duties for extended periods (standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling).
Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
Minimum age 18 years.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Strong desire to work, serve customers, and be team oriented.
Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
Basic math proficiency.
Cash handling experience preferred.
Computer literate and able to operate POS systems and common office machines.
Ability to work a flexible retail schedule that may include weekends, holidays, and multiple locations.
Additional Information
Commission incentive plan proprietary; potential commission ranges from 2% to 8% based on gross profit of personal performance.
Binding arbitration agreement required for all employees.
Pay rates will not be below local minimum wage.
Maximum base payrate derived from applicant’s previous experience and skill sets applicable to the specific position needing to be filled.
