600+ locations across the U.S. and Canada . Our Commerce location is seeking a
Front Desk Sales Associate
with
previous spa, wellness, or sales experience .
This is not just a front desk job checking clients in and out.
This role is
sales-driven and customer-facing , offering 20-30 hours per week with room to add more in the future. We are specifically looking for someone who is
flexible, reliable, and available to work nights and EVERY weekend and can hit our monthly sales goals . If you do not have open availability on weekends or are not comfortable selling/talking to guests, this position is not for you.

Responsibilities
Meet and exceed membership sales goals and conversion standards
Confidently educate guests on services, promotions, and memberships
Deliver outstanding customer service while building long-term client relationships
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage front desk operations
Maintain spa cleanliness and professional appearance standards
Accurately handle administrative tasks and documentation
Work collaboratively with management and service providers
Perform additional duties as assigned
