
Licensed Inside Sales Representative - Property and Casualty - Base Pay + Uncapp

Position Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Inside Sales Representative to quote and sell insurance policy premiums to incoming sales prospects generated from advertising leads while providing excellent customer service to new and existing clients.
Compensation Starting base pay: $25/hour with an uncapped bonus plan. Average variable compensation is roughly $2,000 per month, potentially up to $5,000, and will grow as we expand into multiple states.
Location and Travel The role is primarily work‑from‑home. Candidates must reside near one of our talent hubs to attend occasional in‑person meetings: Madison, WI; Boston, MA; Denver, CO; Eden Prairie, MN; Keene, NH; St. Joseph, MO; Phoenix, AZ; Atlanta, GA; Green Bay, WI; Akron, OH; Las Vegas, NV. Travel may be required up to 10% of the time.
Responsibilities
Quote and sell insurance products to new and existing customers.
Advise prospects on appropriate coverage and options based on their circumstances.
Run reports from various systems to verify accuracy of information regarding insurance and driving history.
Explain coverage and payment options to customers.
Follow up on unsold internet leads that have a high likelihood of purchasing.
Service existing customer policies, including handling policy changes when customer service is unavailable.
Respond to underwriting department requests to ensure policy underwriting adherence and improve retention.
Attend sales meetings, seminars, or educational activities to stay current with market trends, regulations, and maintain state licensing.
Qualifications
Hold an active Property & Casualty Producers License or a Personal Lines License for the state in which you reside.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask with speed and accuracy.
Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
Licensing and Training AMFam will pay to maintain your licenses after hire along with all CE requirements. Training class begins April 27, 2026.
