Account Manager, ENT - Tallahassee/Pensacola

The Account Manager is responsible for executing the company's direct sales strategy and sales plans within the assigned territory to achieve territory sales revenue and budget objectives. The role includes training Proctor Acclarent‑trained physicians during their initial procedures, gathering procedure data, recommending training certification, and providing customer feedback to Marketing.

Responsibilities

Maintain records in the Integra CRM system on contacts and facilities.

Understand and comply with the Company’s Quality Policy and Quality System requirements applicable to this job function.

Complete weekly and quarterly planning tools on time, and reconcile emergency stock monthly.

Perform other responsibilities as required or assigned by management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.

At least 3 years of outside sales experience, or experience in clinical service/direct clinical support of physicians and healthcare providers.

Valid driver’s license issued in one of the 50 U.S. states with a clean driving record.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Ability to work well as part of a team and within a commission‑driven position, meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Willingness to travel as necessary, including overnight and/or weekend travel.

3+ years of experience in medical device sales, including startup experience selling game‑changing technology.

3+ years of sales experience to surgeons in an operating room environment, preferably with ENTs.

Experience introducing market development programs to physician practices.

Strong local relationships within the healthcare community in the specified geographic area.

Field‑based position; location will depend on assigned geography. Candidate must live within 100 miles from the territory center.

Compensation & Benefits Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, or other variable compensation.
