Responsibilities
Assist our experienced team leader in identifying and reaching out to potential customers.
Learn our industry, including products, services, and estimates.
Assist with inspections and performing measurements.
Shadow experienced sales professionals and work closely with our team to gain hands-on training.
Support sales efforts by conducting follow-ups, setting appointments, and maintaining relationships with clients.
Participate in job site visits to understand projects and solutions.
Gain hands-on training and mentoring from experienced professionals.
Qualifications
Enthusiasm & Motivation: A willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with a variety of people.
Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and ready to take on challenges.
Team Player: Ability to work well with others and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment.
Able to carry, set up, and safely handle ladders (up to 75 lbs).
