Service Advisor
to join our team and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and document vehicle concerns clearly.
Create and manage repair orders with accurate customer and vehicle info (VIN required).
Prepare and present estimates (including parts, labor, and sublet services).
Communicate repair recommendations with honesty and clarity.
Schedule and dispatch work to technicians.
Monitor job progress and keep customers updated.
Review inspections and ensure required photos are complete.
Track and follow up on declined repairs/services.
Finalize invoices and process payments.
Requirements
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Professional, honest, and team-oriented.
Automotive experience is a plus (willing to train the right person).
