Job Description
Developed and built by Notes Live, the Ford Amphitheater is an 8,000‑capacity, state‑of‑the‑art venue in the heart of the Polaris Pointe development in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Aramark supports our clients by providing a high level of attention to detail and outstanding customer service. The Concession Bartender is one of the first interactions our clients and guests will interface with – we are looking for the best!
The Concession Bartender prepares and serves alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to guests, which may include mixed drinks, wine and beer. The ideal candidate must maintain a friendly smile, work efficiently and accurately, and follow Aramark’s Alcohol and Food Safety procedures.
Compensation: $16.27 hourly. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, work/life resources, 401(k), paid days off, and other benefits which may vary by location and employee eligibility.
There is no predetermined application window; the position will close once a qualified candidate is selected.
Qualifications
Age : 18 years or older (Required)
Bartender experience : Previous experience (Preferred)
Cash handling experience : Previous experience (Preferred)
TEAM/ServSafe Alcohol Certification : Required (training upon hire if needed)
ServSafe or equivalent Food Safety Certification : Required (training upon hire if needed)
Basic math and counting skills : Required
Physical demands: lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, pushing, pulling, extended walking and standing. Uniforms and PPE may be required; work may be outdoors exposed to sun and weather.
Exhibit the highest level of guest satisfaction skills.
Adaptability to change and new procedures.
Ability to multitask, meet service time schedules, and adapt to unforeseen changes.
Work independently with limited supervision.
