Overview

EnergyHub empowers utilities and their customers to create a clean, distributed energy future. We help consumers turn their smart thermostats, EVs, batteries, and other products into virtual power plants that keep the grid stable and enable higher penetration of solar and wind power. EnergyHub is looking for an Enrollment Support Specialist to ensure the success of all our utility and consumer programs. Our platform is used by utilities across the United States to manage demand response, energy efficiency, and distributed energy resource (DER) programs and we are adding several new programs every year. The Specialist is responsible for supporting the entire end user enrollment process from customer support, incentive processing and invoicing, to attrition management and continuous improvement of enrollment processes.

Responsibilities

Enrollment: Manage and be accountable for the enrollment process of our programs across multiple simultaneous projects.

Coordinate across different data sources to resolve outstanding enrollment applications and questions.

Work with Client Success program managers and clients to provide customers with enrollment incentives across relevant programs; pull and review reporting and secure incentives through external vendors.

Implement attrition management processes across device partners to ensure high-quality aggregations and outcomes.

Collaborate with internal teams to identify systemic issues and recommend improvements to product, incentive, invoicing, and enrollment processes.

Help manage the trouble ticket queue from initial report to resolution.

Develop and implement enrollment SLAs to maintain client and customer satisfaction.

Support

Provide weekly and monthly reporting on program support activity as needed.

Maintain a suite of instructional and troubleshooting documents to assist end customers and utility program staff.

Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience

Experience in a process management role and/or customer support.

Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

An outgoing and friendly personality suitable for representing EnergyHub to end users, partner companies, and utility program staff.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with MS Office, especially Excel.

Experience reporting software bugs and managing support tickets is a plus.

Bachelor's degree (or extensive relevant experience).

The base salary range for this opportunity is listed below and is determined within a range based on factors including qualifications, location and experience. The base salary offered is part of a total compensation package.

Base Salary Range:

$50,000 — $55,000 USD
