Full-Time Porter/Super/Handyman Location: Brooklyn, NY We are seeking a Full-Time Porter/Super/Handyman to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. The ideal candidate will have experience in building maintenance and repair, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This is a Full-Time Position with 40h/week Monday through Friday. Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry Respond to tenant requests for repairs and maintenance Ensure that all common areas are clean and well-maintained Assist with move-in and move-out inspections Perform snow removal and other seasonal tasks as needed Monitor building systems and report any issues to management Qualifications
