
Administrative + Sales Support Assistant

$20 to $25 per hour, based on experience
We are looking for a reliable, organized person to help with the day-to-day administrative work in a small publishing and sales office.
This role includes meeting and travel scheduling, follow-up, basic website updates, and general support work. We need someone who pays attention to details, follows through, and is comfortable helping keep things on track.
What You’ll Do
Help track and finalize renewals
Create and send contracts
Schedule sales calls and help keep follow-ups organized
Help manage inboxes and keep tasks moving
Help coordinate deadlines, placements, and deliverables between sales and editorial
Assist with directory updates, listing setup, and basic WordPress or website content updates
Help organize outbound email campaigns and other support tasks as needed
Assist with magazine circulation
What We’re Looking For
Strong organization and follow-through
Comfortable handling multiple tasks and shifting priorities
Professional communication skills
Comfortable learning software and working in different systems
Able to handle billing, scheduling, and account information with discretion
Helpful Experience
Magazine Manager software or other CRM experience
Publishing, media, or advertising support
Renewals, client follow-up, or sales support
Basic WordPress or website content editing experience

Las Vegas, NV
In office
Part time or full time
Monday through Friday
Set schedule based on availability flexible hours
$20 to $25 per hour to start, based on experience
90-day review with pay increase and bonus opportunities
Monthly health stipend after 90 days
Vacation Pay
