Duration: 11 Week Contract
What You Will Work On
Collaborate with Apparel Design, Graphics, Print, Product Management, Merchandising, and Development to build cohesive seasonal color direction
Create original color palettes, narrative, and seasonal color refresh on existing products with supervision from design leadership
Review samples, troubleshoot color execution challenges, and drive accuracy from concept to manufacturing
Conduct in‑depth research across sport, fashion, art, and culture to inform color decisions
Support cross‑functional designers with color expertise outside your assigned load when needed
Participate in the communication and presentation of compelling seasonal color proposals to internal and external audience
What You Bring
1‑3 years of experience in color design or apparel design
High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Keynote
Passion for trend and color research, with the ability to gather cultural and market insights and interpret consumer behavior
Clear and compelling communicator, both verbally and visually, in cross‑functional settings
Strong ability to apply seasonal expressions to existing footwear silhouettes through trend‑right use of color and materials; able to communicate design intent through both mood boards and CADs
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Expertise in color technology, materials, dyes, finishes, and color achievability
