Customer Service Representative American Leak Detection is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative. We are excited to hire a dynamic individual that has excellent customer service and strong phone skills.

Responsibilities

Primarily answering calls and preparing work orders.

Recording information accurately.

Scheduling service calls and dispatching technicians to the appropriate jobs.

Managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Writing business correspondence, responding to questions from managers, employees, and clients.

Working with maps, knowledge of geographical area, and giving directions.

Using Microsoft Word and Excel.

Exhibiting strong customer service skills, a friendly tone of voice that is confident and reassuring.

Demonstrating honesty in communication and interpersonal skills with a proficient business vocabulary.

Qualifications

At least one year of customer service experience is required.

Must successfully complete a background investigation prior to employment.

Job is full-time (8 am – 4 pm) and offers health insurance, vacation, holiday pay, and a 401(k) plan once eligible.
