Responsibilities What You’ll Do
Serve as a lead guide for specialized activities such as ropes challenge courses, archery, mountain biking, or rock climbing.
Act as the primary guide for your specialty activity while also being cross‑functional and able to guide other outdoor experiences.
Oversee the maintenance, upkeep, inventory, and organization of equipment related to your specific activity.
Participate in daily chores, guiding, and miscellaneous tasks alongside other guides.
Perform all responsibilities of a level 2 guide, with additional duties specific to your activity.
Ensure safety by having a clean driving record and current First Aid/CPR certification.
Commit to a seasonal schedule from early May to the end of October.
What You’ll Bring
To excel as an Activities Guide, you will need a combination of athleticism and a wide range of outdoor skills.
A personable demeanor with strong customer service abilities.
Valid driver’s license.
Preference for candidates with experience in a variety of outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain biking, ropes challenge courses, zip lines, paintball, and Polaris ranger tours (experience not required).
No specific educational background is required; however, previous outdoor activity experience is preferred.
