About The Role We are seeking a Graphic Design Intern who is eager to gain real-world, hands-on experience supporting a high-performing marketing team. This is not a “shadow and observe” internship—you will be actively designing assets used across digital, social, and in-clinic environments that will be owned by the company. This role is ideal for someone who has strong foundational design skills, a portfolio of work, and is ready to apply their creativity in a professional setting.
What You’ll Do
Design digital assets for social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising
Assist in creating marketing collateral (flyers, brochures, in-clinic materials)
Support brand consistency across all visual outputs
Collaborate with marketing, content, and leadership teams on campaigns
Edit and resize creative assets for multiple platforms and formats
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
Assist with light video/visual content (bonus, not required)
What We’re Looking For
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field
Portfolio required (academic or professional work)
Proficiency in:
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Basic understanding of:
Social media design trends
Layout, typography, and branding principles
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
Preferred (Nice To Have)
Experience with Canva, Figma, or similar tools
Basic video editing (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, etc.)
Interest in healthcare, wellness, or direct-to-consumer marketing
