Position Available Full Time Day Porter/Custodian - 1st Shift
Scheduled Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm in the Holly School District.
Wage $17.80/hour

Primary Responsibilities
Use approved methods and materials in cleaning and caring for assigned facility
Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping
Operate floor equipment such as auto floor scrubbers and vacuums
Empty trash receptacles
General cleaning of furniture, windows, window sills, and walls
Stocking restrooms, janitorial closets and break rooms
Setting up and cleaning up after scheduled events and lunch
Building maintenance
Diagnose plumbing issues and change parts
Change HVAC/boiler filters and grease fittings
Complete work orders
Snow removal using a snow blower, shovel, salter, and tractor
Light computer work i.e. emailing
Position Requirements
Previous custodial/ janitorial experience
Previous maintenance experience
GED/High School Diploma
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Ability to follow basic verbal and written instructions
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to pass a criminal background check
