About The Role We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented
Porter
to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of a high-rise residential community. This role supports both interior and exterior common areas and plays an important part in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain common areas, including lobbies, hallways, community spaces, gym, and pool areas
Perform routine duties such as sweeping, mopping, trash and recycling removal
Assist with groundskeeping and upkeep of outdoor areas and building perimeter
Support valet trash and recycling services as scheduled
Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
Provide courteous, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors
Requirements Preferred Experience
Previous porter, housekeeper, groundskeeper, or hotel/apartment experience preferred
Familiarity with cleaning equipment and light maintenance tasks is a plus
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Skills And Attributes
Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform manual tasks for extended periods
Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus
Ability to respond promptly to emergencies and follow safety procedures
