Audubon Property Management is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
Housekeeper/Porter
to join our team. You will be the "eyes and ears" of our multifamily mid-rise building, ensuring that our residents enjoy a pristine, welcoming environment every day. This is a dual-focus role: maintaining the high standards of our luxury common areas and performing "make-ready" cleans to ensure vacated apartments are move-in ready for new residents. Key Responsibilities
Common Area Excellence: Clean and sanitize high-traffic areas including the lobby, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and public restrooms. Amenity Maintenance: Ensure our premium spaces-including the fitness center, clubhouse, entertainment lounge, and dog run-are spotless and organized. Apartment Turnovers: Perform deep-cleans of vacated units (kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, cabinets, and flooring) to meet Audubon's "like-new" move-in standards. Inventory Management: Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, notifying management of any low inventory or equipment repair needs. Property Curb Appeal: Assist with light exterior porter duties and special cleaning projects to maintain the building's overall aesthetic. Qualifications
Experience: Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred (experience in multifamily residential or hospitality is a major plus). Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Attention to Detail: A "sharp eye" for cleanliness and a commitment to high-quality results. Knowledge: Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals, safety protocols, and industrial cleaning equipment.
