Our client, a leading organization in the finance and technology sector, is seeking a Cloud EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) professional to join their dynamic team. As a Cloud EPM specialist, you will be part of the Finance Transformation department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title:
Oracle Cloud EPM (Enterprise Performance Management)
Location:
Plano, TX (Hybrid -3 days onsite per week)
Position type:
12+ months with high possibility of extension/Conversion
Pay Range:
$65 -$71/hr on W2
Job Responsibilities
Design, configure, and optimize Oracle FCCS solutions to support financial consolidation, close, and reporting processes
Lead the deployment of Oracle FCCS applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements
Develop and maintain financial reporting solutions including Management Reports, Smart View, and dashboards
Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into functional FCCS solutions
Support data integration from ERP, GL, and other source systems into FCCS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
Requirements
Proven experience in Oracle EPM Cloud - FCCS implementation and support (minimum 5 years)
Strong understanding of financial close, consolidation, and reporting processes
Hands‑on expertise in FCCS metadata, rules, calculations, and data mappings
Experience with data integration tools such as Data Management, Data Integration, EPM automate, or FDMEE
Knowledge of financial reporting tools like Management Reports, Smart View, and FR
