Job Summary As the Regional Sales Specialist, you will cover Southern California; Las Vegas, NV; Arizona and Hawaii. This field‑based role focuses on advancing the Neurovascular product portfolio while building and maintaining relationships with physicians, AngioSuite staff, and other medical professionals.
Job Responsibilities
Integrate with the Johnson & Johnson MedTech – Neurovascular Division’s US Field Sales & Service group, reporting to the Vice President of Sales and partnering with Regional Business Directors and Territory Managers.
Assess, increase, and track clinical competency of the assigned field team, identifying training gaps and ensuring certification or beyond.
Launch new technologies and drive achievement of geographically aligned business objectives, becoming a strategic partner for emerging education.
Provide technical and clinical product support to Neurovascular physicians and laboratory staff, maintaining mutually beneficial relationships and fostering interest in new product indications.
Partner with Territory Managers and Field Management to align activities and meet business objectives.
Work with the RBM and Global Education & Training teams to assess clinical skills and develop prioritized development plans.
Design and execute targeted content for emerging growth areas, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Global Education & Training teams.
Target strategic academic accounts to grow market share and facilitate professional education programs.
Maintain open communications with local teams and partners, sharing best practices across the field.
Build mutually beneficial customer relationships across clinicians and hospital staff.
Stay current on product instructions for use (IFU), best practices, technical troubleshooting, and scientific literature.
Prioritize and respond to high‑stress requests while maintaining composure.
Engage in diagnostic dialogue with internal and external stakeholders, formulating solutions.
Respond daily to customer requests via email and voicemail; perform administrative tasks such as case support, training summaries, compliance documentation, expense reporting, and system input.
Ensure adherence to Safe Fleet, Health, Safety & Environmental practices, and all regulations.
Communicate business related issues or opportunities to management.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or five years of relevant professional experience.
Five years of Neurovascular experience.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including group presentations.
Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
Valid driver’s license issued in the United States.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% overnight locally, regionally, and nationally.
Must reside within the listed territory or be willing to relocate.

Pay & Benefits Anticipated base pay range: $102,000.00 – $177,100.00.
Retirement and savings plans, variable compensation program, and a comprehensive benefits package apply.
Time‑off Benefits:
Vacation: 120 hours per calendar year
Sick time: 40 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays: 13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time: up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave: 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave: 240 hours for an immediate family member; 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
