Job Summary We are looking for an
Parts Counter Associate
to join the team at our busy Construction Equipment Parts Department. If you are a mechanically-inclined equipment professional with strong communication skills, we want to hear from you.
As the Parts Counter Associate, you will be responsible for duties ranging from ordering parts for Service technicians & customers to tracking inventory. To succeed in this role, you must be highly organized and have in-depth knowledge of equipment parts.
Responsibilities
Maintain consistent inventory levels of parts to ensure equipment repairs and sales can move forward without delay.
Record and track parts sales.
Maintain parts warranty information.
Ensure all parts ordered meet the quality standards of the company.
Invoice customers daily, making sure po’s and correct accounts are being invoiced.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
At least one year of experience in auto repair or auto parts sales is required.
Management experience is preferred.
Strong customer service, administrative, and organizational skills.
Deep knowledge of automotive parts and industry.
