RV Parts Counter Person / Shipping and Receiving Clerk (Mesa Area)
World Wide RV is looking for a Parts Counter Person and a Shipping and Receiving Clerk. If you are looking to move up this is your opportunity. We are looking for someone who is happy servicing customers and there RV’s
Previous RV Dealership experience is a plus.
Responsibilities Parts Counter Person Duties
Answer phones with a smile, greet customers, understand their needs and deliver exceptional customer service.
Listen to part requests, communicate clearly with vendors to obtain the correct part the first time.
Sell parts, order parts, receive parts.
Handle customer complaints and maintain high satisfaction standards.
Periodically check progress of parts orders and contact customers and technicians if there is a delay.
Obtain warranty returns.
Shipping and Receiving Clerk Duties
Keep shipping area clean and organized.
File all work orders.
Inspect incoming parts for damage.
Receive and tag all parts in a timely manner.
Ship authorized parts out daily.
Process paperwork for warranty submittal.
Maintain paperwork flow daily.
Qualifications
3 years RV/automotive experience.
Willingness to exceed customer expectations.
Strong communication skills to work with customers, employees and vendors.
Excellent computer skills.
Good job history.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Good with computers.
Can multitask when needed.
Enjoys working with people and paperwork.
Reliable transportation.
