Besty was founded by a property manager who scaled from 0 to 30 listings in under 10 months, an AI scientist from Yale, and an all-star team of software engineers obsessed with shipping a product loved by hundreds of paying hosts. We’re proud to serve 10,000+ properties worldwide with practical AI applications to make their daily lives easier.

This is a fully in-person role, five days a week at our office in New York City alongside potential travel opportunities.

Position Overview Reporting to the CEO, the Content & Social Media Intern will be responsible for helping develop and execute Besty’s content strategy and have primary responsibility for owning the Company’s day-to-day content creation and distribution. This person will be a hands‑on creator, working closely with leadership to translate strategy into high‑impact content that drives brand awareness, demand, and trust.

Key responsibilities will include:

Content Strategy:

Support and refine the Company’s content strategy to identify opportunities to accelerate growth, brand visibility, and engagement across channels.

Content Creation:

Create short‑form videos, long‑form videos, and written content tailored to a B2B SaaS AI audience, including product content, thought leadership, and customer stories.

Video Production:

Own end‑to‑end video production, including ideation, filming, editing, and publishing. Produce customer partnership videos and on‑site content at conferences and events.

Social Media:

Manage and execute content distribution across social platforms, optimizing for reach, engagement, and consistency with brand voice.

Performance Tracking:

Track and report on content performance metrics, iterating based on insights and audience response.

Events & Travel:

Travel to trade shows and conferences to film content, capture behind‑the‑scenes moments, and tell the Besty story in real time.

Operations:

Maintain content calendars, organize digital assets, and ensure timely execution across campaigns and launches.

Special Projects:

Step in to own “whatever’s needed” content projects across the organization, moving quickly and independently.

Professional Qualifications An ideal candidate will be someone who has:

Demonstrated ability to create high‑quality content in a fast‑paced environment, preferably in B2B SaaS, tech, or AI.

Experience producing short‑form video and managing content end‑to‑end, from concept to distribution.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and what performs well on each.

Comfort being on camera and working directly with customers, founders, and partners.

Highly organized, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through.

Ability to operate independently while taking feedback and direction from leadership.

Nice to haves:

An existing following or proven traction on social media platforms.

Experience filming and editing content at live events or conferences.
