This is a commission-only opportunity ideal for a motivated, experienced HVAC sales professional who wants to maximize their earning potential. The right candidate will take ownership of the sales process, work directly with homeowners, and play a key role in the company’s continued growth. Responsibilities
Meet with homeowners to evaluate HVAC replacement and installation needs Present system options and provide professional recommendations Close residential HVAC system sales Deliver excellent customer experience from consultation through sale Work closely with technicians and office staff to ensure smooth project execution Maintain accurate customer records using ServiceTitan Contribute ideas to improve sales performance and customer experience Qualifications
3+ years of residential HVAC sales experience required Proven track record of closing HVAC system replacement sales Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and solutions Excellent communication and customer relationship skills Self-motivated and comfortable working in a commission-only environment Strong organizational and computer skills Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus Compensation & Benefits
