Key Responsibilities Legal Document Collection & Organization
Collect and organize publicly available legal documents based on defined project guidelines
Compile materials in a clear, accurate, and structured format
Help ensure that legal source materials are useful, complete, and aligned with project objectives
Source Verification & Quality Control
Verify sources and ensure all data is obtained from public, verifiable platforms
Maintain accuracy, completeness, and clarity across all compiled materials
Support strong quality standards through careful review and detail‑oriented documentation
Structured Documentation & Project Coordination
Follow structured documentation processes to meet defined quality standards
Collaborate asynchronously with the project manager and meet deadlines
Deliver high‑quality work independently within a time‑sensitive project environment
Ideal Profile
Prior experience in litigation or corporate or transactional legal work in Hong Kong
Familiarity with Hong Kong legal and regulatory document sources
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow structured documentation requirements
