Fix inefficiencies and redesign workflows Build and enforce standards Scale operations as we grow Strategy to Execution
Turn priorities into results Own KPIs and scorecards Drive accountability across teams Cross-Functional Alignment
Align departments (no silos) Solve operational gaps Push initiatives forward Systems & Optimization
Improve systems (AMS, CRM) Strengthen reporting and data Leverage automation What Success Looks Like
