Your role as a VP, Client Partner As a VP, Client Partner at Inizio Evoke, you will join as an established leader of our Account Management department with the opportunity to employ your expertise of multiple therapeutic categories, a wide array of successful client service engagements, and unrivaled industry expertise while mentoring and growing mid‑ and junior‑level team members. You will be accountable for agency service that exceeds the expectations of multiple clients through the ongoing delivery of your clients’ suite of high‑value strategic services with the diverse team. Our job is to support your ability to manage teams that deliver all projects and the holistic Evoke offering/experience in a clean and swift manner, to best manage meaningful client relationships, to manage agency partnerships at the senior level with grace and use those partnerships, and to ensure you have the tools needed to deliver the best client service every day.

About You

Is an expert in all aspects of our clients’ business, being able to speak to the category, across channels, and across targets

Is seen as a leader to clients, to the team, and to all industry partners

Has experience leading teams managing diverse teams (identify staffing needs, understand talent‑to‑task needs, spot weaknesses before they emerge as problems, partner with colleagues to solve challenges)

Is always looking for ways to better serve the client, to grow their business, and grow Inizio Evoke’s business

Is accountable for multiple teams’ impeccable delivery of many large, high‑value client initiatives

Works to exceed quarterly and yearly financial goals

Mentor and support account management team members and indirect report

You Have

12+ years’ experience in account management (general advertising or interactive advertising)

At least 8 years agency experience required

At least 8 years healthcare experience required

At least 5 years in a senior management role required

Identify and act upon organic and greenfield growth opportunities

Manage/mentor id‑level and junior account team members

Multichannel marketing experience

Professional and consumer marketing experience

Experience and history of success in pitching and closing new business

Analytical skills to identify and understand implications from relevant marketing data and budgets and transform learnings into new opportunities and optimizations

Compensation $185,000—$200,000 USD
