New York State’s most respected commercial flooring contractors

as they expand into

Syracuse and the Central NY region, and they’re looking for the right salesperson to

build and own the territory. This is not a maintenance role. This is a

greenfield opportunity with major upside. You’ll be the person introducing the company to

institutions, general contractors, and facilities leaders

$60K+

Uncapped commissions + performance bonuses

$100K+ realistic first-year earnings

What You'll Be Doing

Developing new business across

education, healthcare, government, and commercial facilities

Building relationships with

Facilities Directors, Operations leaders, project owners, and general contractors

Managing projects through the full sales cycle, specification, bidding, and award

Creating and managing a strong sales pipeline in your territory

Partnering with estimating and operations teams to win and deliver projects

Who Thrives in This Role

This role is ideal for someone who: Has

5+ years of B2B outside sales experience

Has sold into

construction, flooring, building trades, facilities services, or project-based industries

Enjoys

hunting for new business and building relationships

Is comfortable with

longer sales cycles and large projects

Wants to

own a territory and grow real earnings over time
