Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Drive operational efficiency and coordinate with partners/vendors for seamless processes, including system migrations.
Collaborate across functions to create win/win strategies and support organizational objectives.
Maintain an open leadership style that encourages collaboration and innovation.
Recruit, coach, and develop diverse talent to meet evolving business needs.
Required Qualifications
Active Health Insurance License in the residing state.
Minimum 3 years of sales and/or Medicare industry experience.
At least 2 years of call center experience.
2 years of informal leadership experience (e.g., Peer Mentor, Team Lead, Trainer).
Prior experience coordinating sales operations activities with partners/vendors, including systems migrations.
Work any shift on any day during our operation hours, including nights and weekends, or any additional hours based on our needs.
Ability to travel up to 20% annually for leadership and business meetings.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
Honorable Military Service.
2 years of formal leadership experience with direct reports.
Bilingual proficiency in English and an additional language.

Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
Pay Range: $70,000 - $95,500 per year. This job is eligible for a commission incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
