1099, commission-based role

In this role, you'll work directly with individuals and families to help them find coverage that fits their needs, while developing your own client base and income stream.
What You'll Do
Connect with clients to understand their needs
Present customized health and life insurance options
Guide clients through the enrollment process
Build and maintain long‑term client relationships

Requirements Required
Active Health and Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe)
Strong communication skills with a consultative sales approach
Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Stable Internet
Working computer (desktop or laptop) with at least
Preferred
Previous experience in insurance sales, brokerage, or financial services
Familiarity with health and life insurance products
Strong customer service skills and ability to build long‑term client relationships

Coachable and open to feedback
Organized and able to manage follow‑up and client pipelines
Committed to staying up to date on industry trends and product knowledge
