Job Description The Dealer Account Manager position is a full‑time, performance‑based role that involves educating and training dealer partners to grow the sale of financed vehicles. The role includes full‑time benefits and is tailored for individuals comfortable traveling within a local market.
Dealer Account Manager Remote – on the road As a Dealer Account Manager you will consult with dealers, manage sales activities, and ensure consistent product and service delivery across the assigned region. You will manage your own dealer base, educate partners on our financing programs, and drive growth through new sourcing and relationship expansion.

What will you do as our Dealer Account Manager?
Prepare presentations and proposals to communicate company products and services to all levels of management within independent and franchise dealerships.
Identify sales prospects and contact assigned accounts.
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
Develop, maintain, and grow current and potential dealer partners within the independent and franchise dealer communities.
Communicate via phone and in‑person visits to train partners on current programs and fast‑funding requirements.
Provide solutions, rehash, and restructure vehicle loans for profitable approval.
Assist with the preparation of sales contracts by educating dealers on verification requirements.
Develop and maintain sales materials and stay current on product knowledge.
Participate in marketing events, such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events for independent and franchise dealers.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in automotive, finance, and sales (required).
1‑2 years of prior sales experience with a proven record of success.
College degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
Strong presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
Proficient computer skills and adaptability to new technology.
Goal‑oriented with a desire for improvement and advancement.
Ability to work amicably with diverse teams.
Experience with DealerTrack, RouteOne, or CUDL (beneficial).
Previous outside sales experience (preferred).
Significant local travel; must hold a valid state driver’s license.
