The leader will oversee multiple engineering teams focused on embedded systems and serve as a trusted advisor to clients on high‑impact, mission‑critical programs. Working across medical devices, consumer, and commercial products, the position is hybrid and full‑time.

Required Skills & Experience

12+ years of experience

Senior level management experience across embedded and software teams

Background in software development

Embedded systems leadership

Experience delivering products in regulated industries

Previous leadership in engineering organizations

Customer facing/communication skills
