Position Overview We are seeking talented freelance graphic designers to support ongoing projects on a part‑time, remote basis. This role is ideal for designers who excel in magazine layout, typography, and visual storytelling, and who can translate complex ideas into clean, compelling, and elevated designs.
Designers Will Work Across
Magazine layouts (editorial design).
RFPs and pitch decks designed like publications.
Marketing and brand collateral.
Key Responsibilities
Design and layout magazine‑style publications (print and digital).
Develop high‑end RFPs and proposals with a polished, editorial aesthetic.
Translate written content into visually engaging layouts.
Maintain brand consistency across multiple projects.
Collaborate with leadership, writers, and marketing teams.
Prepare files for print and digital distribution.
Qualifications
Proven experience in editorial design, magazine layout, or publication design.
Strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern layouts and typography.
Proficiency in:
Adobe InDesign (required).
Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Ability to design in a magazine‑style format (not just social media graphics).
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Experience with proposal or RFP design is a plus.
Preferred Experience
Experience designing for media companies, magazines, or publishers.
Familiarity with corporate proposals, pitch decks, or investor materials.
Ability to work within a structured brand system while bringing creative ideas.
Work Structure
Remote (U.S.-based preferred, open to global talent).
Part‑time / freelance (project‑based and ongoing work available).
Flexible hours with clear deadlines.
