SLA Worldwide is looking for a Senior Editorial Designer to lead the creation of high‑impact RFP proposals, brand presentations, and print materials.
This is a hands‑on role – you won’t just direct the work… you’ll build it.
Job Description
Design and layout full RFP proposals (100–300+ pages) using Adobe InDesign.
Create editorial‑style layouts with strong typography and clean flow.
Transform written content into visually compelling, easy‑to‑read pages.
Build and maintain templates and layout systems.
Develop graphics, infographics, and concept pages.
Work directly with leadership to meet tight deadlines.
Own final production (print‑ready + digital submissions).
This Role Is Hands‑On You’ll be in the files daily – building pages, refining layouts, and executing high‑level design work.
We’re Looking For Someone Who Has
5–10+ years of editorial design, magazine layout, or proposal design.
Expert‑level Adobe InDesign skills.
Strong sense of typography, grid systems, and white space.
Ability to work quickly and independently under deadlines.
Compensation
$75,000 – $110,000 salary
OR $40–$75/hour (contract option available)
