This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Bath Design and Sales professional located in Los Angeles, CA. The role involves day‑to‑day tasks associated with designing and selling custom bathroom remodels, working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, creating design concepts, presenting proposals, and closing sales to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This position could also involve opening and managing another unit in the Orange County or San Diego area, and an entrepreneurial spirit is welcome! Qualifications
Strong sales skills and experience Experience in construction or home remodeling Bathroom Design, Sales, and Consultation skills Experience in creating design concepts and presenting proposals Experience selling a high ticket project to homeowners Strong communication and interpersonal skills Stellar follow up skills Knowledge of bathroom products and materials Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members Attention to detail and organizational skills
